The Arc serves a variety of parents and children who are going through transition to help introduce them to the adult world with the development of plans for supports and services.

Who is Eligible?

The Arc services are available to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, ages 12-23, that receive special education services and are preparing to transition from school to adult life.

Support Services

  • Family support, recreation, and transition services.
  • Connecting transitioning individuals with employment and post-secondary education opportunities.
  • One-on-one hour transition clinics conducted by transition specialists.

SupportBrokers

SUPPORTbrokers is a fee-for-service program hosted by The Arc of Massachusetts. They welcome people with intellectual and developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorders and individuals with multiple disabilities. Their program philosophies are community inclusion and self-determination.
