My architectural design project aims to rejuvenate the old scheme house, initially built with government funding, by addressing its issues of poor temperature control and spatial organization. Through playful, porous, and rich spaces, I intend to create a vibrant living environment. Central to this vision is the manipulation of the plinth to seamlessly integrate with the surrounding terrain and vegetation, while leveraging the site's position as a transactional node to foster community interaction and gathering spaces. Ultimately, the design seeks to transform the existing scheme house into a dynamic and inclusive living space that enhances residents' quality of life.
