LCC Rock Band

The rock band class is made up of students who have prior experience playing either guitar, bass, piano, drums or singing.  This class is not for beginners since the class will perform many times throughout the school-year.  The class will focus on learning the history of rock by looking at the cultural influences from each decade and discuss how that may have influenced music.  The students work in small groups (their formed rock bands) during their student work time and practice music for performance.
