Add/Drop Window - Fall 2026
Welcome to the start of the 2026-2027 school year! If you would like to request a schedule change, you may do so during the add/drop window for the reasons below only. The master schedule was built based on students' spring course requests and changes will be very limited at this time.
The following change requests will be prioritized:
Remediation of prior D or F grades, if space is available
Level changes between AP or Honors and college prep, if space is available
Dropping a course for an unscheduled period
Dropping an unscheduled period and adding a course, if space is available
Completion of a pre-approved off-campus summer course that needs to be removed from 2026-2027 schedule
In order to request a change, please complete the 2026-2027 Add/Drop Request Form. This form must be completed using the parent email address on file in Aeries in order to confirm parent consent and will only be open for submission outside the hours of 8:00-4:00 Monday-Friday. During school hours, the Google Form will be turned off for submission so that counselors can process change requests. At the end of the school day, if a schedule change request is denied, an email will be sent to the parent email sharing that the request was denied because the course was full, did not work with the student’s schedule, or did not follow policy. If a schedule change is approved, it will be reflected in the student’s Aeries the following day.
Please note due to the volume of requests received, counselors will be unable to respond to emails or phone calls regarding schedule change requests at this time. Students may come to student walk-ins to speak with a counselor regarding their schedules, but counselors are unable to guarantee what courses will have space at the time that add/drop forms are processed. The add/drop window will be open until August 24, 2026, after which students may drop a class with a withdrawal on their transcript and will not be able to add a class in its place.
