Please include ONLY the following information in the email message body:

Whether or not the student is returning to school the same day:
Off Campus Passes [Should be requested 24-48 hours in advance]
All students leaving campus require an Off Campus Pass, even if they will be leaving school during Lunch or Passing Period. Students must pick up the pass before school, during passing period, or during lunch. A parent note may also be brought the morning of the early dismissal.
Students should not leave class to pick up their Off Campus Pass. An image of the Off Campus pass will also be sent to the students @my.sduhsd email account. Students should be able to access it using their school issued chromebooks if they did not pick up their pass.
Passes for dismissal during the class already in session will NOT be made, parents will need to come to school to pick up their student.
If you are requesting a last minute pass for the same day:
Please send an email and ask your student to stop by the Attendance Office or have them check their @my.sduhsd email account to see if their Off Campus Pass was sent to their email account.
If no email was sent they must stop by the Attendance office to ensure that the pass is created and any missed classes are excused.
Students who leave without an Off campus pass will be considered Truant for any class missed.
Students who leave campus without an Off Campus Pass will be considered Truant for any class periods missed.
Parents/guardians cannot excuse student's absence after they have left campus without an Off Campus Pass.
