Please reference this information when determining who you need to call and in what order when navigating incidents in your residence hall. Also note that these are general guidelines, and each situation will need to be assessed for appropriate response and follow up. When contacting UPD dispatch or an RHC on duty, make sure that you have details regarding the resident(s) involved to make the process as smooth as possible.

During Business Hours (8:30AM-4:30PM)

During business hours, attempt to call your building's RHC first prior to calling the RHC on duty. If they do not pick up then call the RHC on Duty immediately after. Outside of business hours, call the RHC on duty.
