Step-by-Step PowerpPoint
Please follow along with this PowerPoint for assistance completing each stage of the application.
*See page below for specific application issues
If you are a late applicant and not able to see all the majors offered at SDSU when you input your late app code- that is because you still need to adjust your "Extended Profile" selection. Please use these tips below to troubleshoot your application.
Please make sure you have followed the instructions exactly in the email sent to you from Rachel Rhoades.
Transferring in with ANY College Units
If you are a transfer student -and/or- Bringing in ANY college units - and NOT a first time Freshman: You must adjust your “Extended Profile” to reflect “Graduating High School Senior or equivalent (with or without college coursework prior to High School graduation)”
This Extended Profile is in the drop down menu under your name in the top right corner. If you do not do this you will not be able to see all possible degree options for the SDSU Campus.
It will bring up a message that you are ineligble for program. Click continue
See images below for help!
Go back to the ADD PROGRAMS tab and select FILTER by CAMPUS
Select SDSU and you should see the majors listed for the SDSU Campus
If you do NOT still see the majors, see the picture below and make sure you are inputting your late application code
Using a Late Application Code
If you are a late applicant (outside of the regular application window), Rachel should have sent you a late application code via email, copy and paste this code in the box on the ADD PROGRAM tab. This code is good for 1 year but it can only be applied to one application. So do NOT create a new application if you are having troubles!
If you have tried all of these troubleshooting options and are still having issues, please email Rachel!
