If you are a recent high school graduate and have not enrolled full-time at any 2-year or 4-year institutions, then you are a first-time freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS must be sent to SDSU from ALL high schools you have attended using one of the methods below:
***Preferred Method: Emailed from a school official (counselor, registrar, Principal) to all three emails below: transcriptsforsdsu@sdsu.edu and rrhoades@sdsu.edu and ec-processing@ncaa.org
Use Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse- Have order sent to SDSU (transcriptsforsdsu@sdsu.edu if it asks for an email address) and send email confirmation of order to rrhoades@sdsu.edu

TWO TRANSCRIPTS NEED TO BE SENT TO SDSU
Send transcripts to the NCAA after the 7th semester of your senior year and AGAIN
Once you GRADUATE high school you will need to send your transcripts again showing proof of graduation
AP and IB SCORES and/or SAT/ACT Scores must also be sent to SDSU. If you reported it on your application, you MUST send it to SDSU or else it will hold up your admission.
They cannot be sent from you!
These can be sent through your College Board account directly to SDSU using this school code: 4682
NCAA ELIGIBLITY CENTER: Request that your official high school transcripts are sent to the NCAA Eligibility Center from ALL high schools you have attended.
(**If you send a transcript to SDSU it will not be considered an official document, it must come from your high school or college institution)

INTERNATIONAL FRESHMAN/TRANSFER
If you are a first-time freshman originally from a country outside of the United States, then you fall under this international category.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY EXAM - you will be required to take an English proficiency exam. This must be taken within 2 years of your start date at SDSU.

SDSU will only accept scores directly sent from TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo
*If you attended high school where the primary language of instruction was English, it is possible you may not need to submit a score. See International admission requirements here.
INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS must be sent to SDSU (one in the native language, and one that has been officially translated to English direct from the school or translation company)
The original language transcript and the English translation are required to be digitally sent to SDSU-

In addition to the electronic copies, please bring a PHYSICAL copy of your final international transcript with you upon arrival to SDSU just in case it is needed.
TIMING OF TRANSCRIPTS:
If you graduate high school in the Spring, you will need to send your transcripts in January (after your December grades post), and then again in the Spring once all your final grades are all posted.
INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE COURSEWORK - if you are an international student who completed coursework at a university outside of the United States, you need to utilize the IERF Service (Click for link) to evaluate your international college coursework, along with your high school transcripts
Select the Detail Report with Course Level Identification as the report to purchase
Once you have purchased this IERF evaluation, send the confirmation email to to rrhoades@sdsu.edu
NCAA ELIGIBLITY CENTER: Request that your official high school transcripts and their translations are sent to the NCAA Eligibility Center from ALL high schools you have attended.
Once you GRADUATE high school you will need to send your transcripts again showing proof of graduation to the NCAA
Student must be in QUALIFIER status (or Non-Qualifier with Waiver) with Final Amateurism Certified in order to be cleared to come to campus.
Login to your Eligibility Center account and check for open tasks in regards to your Amateurism or Qualifier Certification
**Your high school counselor can upload your documents to the NCAA Eligibility Center, OR they can email directly to: ec-processing@ncaa.org
LOWER-DIVISION TRANSFER
If you are transferring from a 2-year or 4-year institution with less than 60 transferable units earned, then you are a lower-division transfer.

Upload Unofficial English Proficiency Test Score Report(s) in my.SDSU
To be considered for admission, please upload unofficial test score report(s) in PDF format through my.SDSU. Log in to your my.SDSU and select the option to upload your unofficial test scores.
Your name on your test score report must match the name in my.SDSU. If the spelling of your name does not match your score report exactly, contact International Admissions.
