SDSSU-Graduate School Comprehensive Examination Application
The student who doubts about a grade that he/she obtained has the right to confer with the professor. Only the professor concerned can change the grade of the student. The professor must accomplish the “Change of Grade Entry Form”, which can be secured from the Office of the Registrar, duly approved by the Dean of the graduate school.
INC grade can be complied within one year, beyond this period the student is required to reenroll the subject. Incomplete (INC) completion form can be secured from the office of the registrar to be filled up by the student signed by the instructor and approved by the dean. This form will be filled-up in three copies; one for the instructor, student and registrar’s copy. The copy will be forwarded to the registrar’s office for recording/inputting to the UIS by the instructor or by authorized representative.
