Cancellation of Registration

The student is considered officially enrolled upon receipt of his/her Certificate of Registration (COR) from the Registrar’s Office. Students with “No Certificate of registration “ is not considered officially enrolled; however, if a student opted to withdraw his/her registration it should be officially withdrawn by securing “withdrawal of enrolment form” from the registrar’s office before the prelim exam to avoid future financial responsibilities.
