Returnee

In the case of a returnee, the previous courses taken shall be evaluated by the graduate School coordinator or the Dean of the graduate school, for courses more than (6) six years in the graduate school program and (8) years for the post graduate program; the student is required to comply with the present course requirements in his/her respective program. In cases where student has completed academic requirements to include comprehensive exam, should the foregoing time exceed the limit of (6) six years and (8) eight years; the student shall be required to enroll (12) units for graduate and (15) units post graduate of refresher course or penalty course before the student is allowed to undertake thesis/dissertation.
