Article XI: Reservation of Power

Administration Power: The Brighton High School Administration Team shall have the power to veto any Executive Government or Student Government action. The administration will have sole power to dismiss the Advisor.

Advisor Power: The Advisor shall have the power to veto any Executive Government or Student Government action.

President Power: The Student Body Presidents shall have the power to veto any Student Government or Executive Government action.

Power of Executive Government: The Executive Committee shall have the power to veto any Student Government action.

Override of Executive Government Veto: The Student Government shall have the power to override a veto made by the Advisor, Presidents, or Executive Committee with a two-thirds majority vote.

Conflict: This constitution shall take precedence.
