General Duties: Along with specified duties and general representatives duties, the Executive Government will be required to attend weekly meetings with the advisor, conduct weekly formal Student Government Meetings, and to represent the Student Government along with the student body.
Student Body Presidents: The Student Body Presidents shall -
Serve as the primary representative of the Executive Government, Student Government and student body.
Oversee all committees and events.
Attend all Executive Government Meetings, Student Council Meetings, Administration Meetings, and Formal Student Government Meetings; the president shall also be responsible for directing the Executive, Formal, and Student Council meetings.
Along with the advisor be responsible for the removal of members.
Approve all proposals, contracts, permits, and plans.
Secretary: The Secretary shall -
Create all Student Government Formal Meeting and Executive Meeting agendas.
Keep all meeting minutes.
Be responsible for attendance of the Student Government at events and meetings.
Be responsible for all Student Government Files.
Be responsible for all “Thank You” or general cards that are to be sent from the Student Government.
Maintain all formal documents including the upkeep of the Formal Constitution.
Treasurer: The Treasurer shall -
Keep a record of all financial accounts.
Pass off on all budget proposals.
Complete and submit P-Card Receipt Form.
Organization of P-Card record keeping.
Assign fines during official meetings.
Historian: The Historian shall -
Be the press contact for the Student Government.
Help plan and organize the end of the year awards and slideshow.
Be the login and password keeper for all the social media Student Government accounts.
Act as the Student Government Photographer.
Preparing the documentation for The National Council Recognition.
Leader of the Pack: The Leader of the Pack shall -
Be responsible for all the social media accounts.
Be responsible for the spirit and morale of the student body.
