TeleHealth

1. All DSST employees should have received a card in the mail from 'HUB TeleHealth'. Our DSST Group Number is: "HUB1002DZ" but your Member ID is individual to you. 

2. Via Desktop: Visit MyBenefitsWork page where you can set up your profile with a username and log-in (note you will need information from your mailed card to set up your account). 

3. Via the App: Download the app (called "My Benefits Work"). Again, you will need your card to register with the app.

***Please note, that once you log in and register, you will need to add your dependents (To do this select your initial icon in the top right corner of your screen or find 'my profile' on the app. Then select 'My Dependents' and 'Add Dependent' for each dependent who may use this service).
