Open enrollment for the upcoming 2025-2026 plan year will be from Thursday, May 1, 2025 through Saturday, May 31, 2025.
The new plan year will begin Tuesday, July 1, 2025 and run through June 30, 2026.
All team members will complete open enrollment in Workday starting May 1. You will receive a Workday task to complete Open Enrollment by May 31.
Regular employees who are at least a 0.6 FTE are eligible to enroll in DSST Benefits.
Once all onboarding tasks are complete, benefits-eligible new hires will receive a Workday task to complete their benefits enrollment. New Hires have 30 days from the date of hire to enroll in benefits. Benefits are active on the first day of the month after the new hire starts.
For example, if a new team member starts July 25, their benefits will be active beginning August 1. If a team member starts on the first day of the month, their benefits will be active for that month (A July 1 start date means that benefits are active July 1).
