• Why: By choosing KisX Card providers, you will pay $0 out of pocket on a Co-pay plan or greatly reduced pricing for HDHP plans for high quality facilities and specialists for these procedures.

• How: The KisX card will be on your insurance card that you will receive in July or can be found on the Quantum app at the start of our new plan year on 7/1/25.
