Important Details

• • Your ID card will arrive 1 to 2 weeks after you complete your enrollment. 

What types of changes are allowed during a Life Event change?

• • Add eligible dependents

  • Enroll or waive enrollment in various benefit plans

  • Change benefit plans  - unlike open enrollment during a life event you DO NOT have till the end of the month to finalize. The plan you move to is the plan that you will be put in.

You will not have the opportunity to enroll in or change benefit plans again until the next annual enrollment period, unless you experience another qualifying event during the year. Please use the following guide should you need to submit a Life Event change in Workday:
