The U.S. should send troops to other countries when or safety is being threatened because lots of lives can be at risked if it’s not a seriously threat, for example if there a threats in one country that is yet not confirmed to be serious and most of the troops are sent over there and and then there is a serious threat that is going to affect the U.S the less troops are going to be able to attend, also the U.S should send troops to other countries when the safety of others is in danger because this can that's how the U.S can create a good reputation.
