A New Game on a Popular Hobby
PC Building Simulator is the game to play if you want to get into PC building but don't want to take the big risk of spending a lot of money on a high-end computer optimized for gaming.
PC Building Simulator Specs:
Available Platforms: PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4 , Xbox
Genre: Indie, simulation
ESRP Rating: E for everyone
PC Building Simulator was developed by Irregular Corporation, an indie game developer, who mostly creates puzzle games. The company decided to make a PC building game, with help from Claudiu Kiss, a video game developer. It mainly appeals to PC builders or soon-to-be PC builders. Though it is meant to be a computer building simulator, most of the conventional rules have been simplified to be more user-friendly to anyone regardless of experience level.
Game Play
PC Building Simulator career mode centers around a narrative which places you, the player, as the CEO of your uncle’s former tech company. You are tasked with fixing PCs, building PCs, and benchmarking PCs. As you move through the game, you are given special missions that will prompt you to work on the same PC for returning customers. You may also acquire additional parts, workbenches, and storage.
If that isn't your thing, and you want to get into true custom PCs, then free building is another option. Free building has everything you can imagine for constructing your dream PC. There is some music included in the game as well. Although it is limited to 10 songs, you can add your own if you download them.
Now is the part that maybe some of you have been waiting for, the new IT expansion. IT expansion is a free add-on which is another narrative you can play. In this mode, you are hired for Iratech, a different tech company. You are given a tablet to track all the jobs you accept. There is also a person in the night shift you can give your jobs to, although you don't get paid. There are some minor changes as well, but all the parts have been unlocked immediately so you don't have to worry. There are some new apps that are built for IT. Off-site jobs are a new feature now where you travel to a client’s house, or a friend's house to diagnose a problem, install new programs, and upgrade a PC. Customization is a new thing where you can design your workshop with rugs, game copies, vending machines, and more.
Extra Add-ons and Downloadable Content
Soon after PC Building Simulator was released, the Esports Expansion downloadable content was released simulating you in an Esports team. Esports team is a competitive game mode that requires you to work both collaboratively and independently. This IT expansion allows you to experience an IT workspace, prompting you to fix computers, and other tech aspects. Additionally, there are many well-known brands where you can get your own workshop. Those licensed brands include: Razer, ROG, EVGA, MSI, ZOTAC, Intel, and more.
Final Thoughts
With PC Building Simulator being the first in its class and adding new content on a regular basis, it's no wonder it's an entertaining game. There’s an amazing soundtrack to jam out to as well. Though it could get a bit stale at certain times, at its modest price of twenty dollars, it's definitely worth checking out. However, if that price is too high, you might find it on sale for just eight dollars!

Fortnite is a multiplayer, PvP (player vs. player) online game developed by the video game companies: People can Fly and Epic Games. It was released in 2017 and is rated “T” (recommended for ages 12 and up) by ESRB, Entertainment Software Rating Board. The game can be played in three game modes: Battle Royale, Creative, and Save the World.
In Battle Royale mode, you duke it out with 99 other players after leaping off a Battle Bus weaponless. To get the win, players attempt to scavenge weapons and healing items. There are currently seven types of weapons: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, and Exotic. Mythic weapons are extremely rare, but can also be obtained by eliminating a boss NPC, which stands for Non-Playable-Characters. Exotic weapons can be obtained by buying them with gold, an in-game currency that you can only gain and use in a match. You can earn gold from eliminating other players. The goal of this game mode is to be the last one standing, but players can also play in a duo, trio, or squad and try to get the win. Additionally, there is a toxic storm that can do some damage if you’re caught in it. You start with 100 health and zero shield, but can use potions to improve your stamina. There are different types of weapons, ranging from shotguns to explosive bows. The weapons that do the most damage are: the gold pump shotgun (116 damage for a bodyshot, 203 damage for a headshot, which is an instant kill) and the gold heavy sniper (132 damage for a bodyshot, 330 for a headshot). The goal of this game is to get the win.
Creative is an additional mode that was added to the game in 2018. In this game, you can have a private island, create anything you want, and share it with anyone in the Fortnite community. If you don’t want to, no worries, you can keep the island for yourself and play with your friends. Players can place objects, copy and paste them, move them in different angles or different positions, and toy around with items and game features. And, if you’re not that creative, you can join islands by creating other players. Creative mode has been used to make special maps. For example, in mid-November, Fortnite did a collaboration with the huge anime success: Naruto. Specialized creators made a map called Konohagakure, illustrating Naruto’s village. Players could interact with characters from Naruto and could complete quests to learn more about the village and Naruto. The goal of this mode is to have fun with your friends.
Now, last but not least, Save the World. Save the World is the oldest, and surprisingly, the least popular of all the Fortnite game modes because unlike Battle Royale, you have to pay for it. It was first announced at the 2011 Spike Video Game Awards and released in 2017. In this mode, 98 percent of the present-day earth’s population suddenly disappears, leaving survivors with a vision of dark clouds. In this game, you can create Husks which are zombie-like creatures that can do damage by attacking you. To win, you need to complete missions in which you have to attempt to save other survivors. You can construct Storm Shields which are used to push the dangerous storm back. The goal of this game is to expand your storm shield and try to return Earth back to its normal state.
In conclusion, I give this game five stars. I would recommend it to anyone because it’s entertaining and the graphics are very realistic. What's your favorite way to play the game?
Hi guys! It’s Gavin Moyano and to be honest, I’m happy to finally get out a video game review. Spider-Man Miles Morales for PS4 and PS5 is a completely fun, light-hearted and at times, serious type of game. If you are looking for a fun adventure game to complete over Christmas break, this is the game for you.
Spider-Man Miles Morales focuses on Miles Morales, a high school student from Brooklyn. He deals with a recent move to Manhattan, mourning the loss of his father, all while trying to keep his identity secret from his mother. The original Spider-Man is on vacation in the united nation of Symkaria. He leaves Miles Morales in charge and a lot of things unfold from there.
From my standpoint, it is one of the greatest games of all time. I would rate it 9/10.
