Three Restaurants I Love

By Erina Lin

Do you enjoy food a lot and enjoy going to restaurants? Well, an example of a restaurant that has delicious and amazing food is Affable Eating. It is a dim-sum restaurant that serves small dishes in an immense range. The restaurant served many delicious foods such as noodles, dumplings, sushi, and meat.

Another restaurant that I enjoy going to is Park Asia. You can get rooftop seating and many other offerings. It serves a variety of Chinese dishes and Cantonese dishes such as seafood, fried rice, rice rolls, and tofu. Park Asia is a popular place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Lastly, Garden Tortillas & Chinese Express is the third restaurant that I would recommend. This restaurant, is popular around Brooklyn. It serves both Chinese and Mexican food. There is fast delivery, the food is at satisfying prices, and the people there are friendly.

Lets MEAT there today!

Have you felt like you wanted to eat at a restaurant, but you did not know where? A good restaurant to go to is Let's Meat BBQ! Let’s Meat BBQ! This restaurant while on the pricey side, is absolutely delicious! There are many other reasons to eat there as well! Their customer service is top notch, and the employees work hard to keep you satisfied during your visit. Also, the quality of food there makes up for the cost. The employees present you the food and you cook it yourself.

There are many delicious foods to eat there, but there is one food that I recommend you to eat is their chicken. The chicken is sweet and savory which makes it taste different from the other food there. The unique flavor of the chicken is what makes the restaurant stand out to me. It feels like a taste that can be found nowhere else.

In conclusion, Let’s Meat BBQ is a great restaurant that you should visit one day. The restaurant is in Manhattan, around where the Empire State Building is. If you are ever passing the area you should try to go to this restaurant.

Picture this: You walk into a cramped restaurant filled with chattering people, you smell the aroma of various delicious dishes, and your stomach grumbles with anticipation.

Sitting down, you overwhelmed with yummy dishes that pique your interest. You quickly make a last second decision and you're rewarded! The plates come filled with vibrant and succulent dishes. Chicken, spicy tofu, fair-pink shrimp, stuffed fish, crab-fried rice, and so much more come rushing towards the table, and you smile with delight. Famished, you dig in.

The creamy texture tastes impeccable, crunchy, and smooth. Each has the perfect amount of either saltiness, sourness, or sweetness. Completely full, the deserts start to come. Looking at them makes you reconsider being packed, as the elegant delicacies stand regally on their well-decorated china. Creamy and sweet with fresh mixes of fillings, you stand up and proceed to leave, content with such an excellent meal.

Cappuccino Brownies!

Find someone who doesn’t like Milkshakes, you can’t!! Did you know that a milkshake is one of the most popular deserts in the world? Pretty cool, right? If you don’t already know what a milkshake is, (although I'm sure you've heard of it), it's a cold, scrumptious, beverage made mostly with milk and ice-cream/ It is whisked until frothy and able to sip through a straw. Milkshakes have a variety of sweet flavors that you can choose, varying from vanilla and strawberry to creations like cookies and cream! Heck even something like a mocha frappuccino can be considered a milkshake! Perhaps the best thing about this treat for your taste-buds is that it can be made on the cheap!

To give a little backstory, Their name originated from being served in bars and malt shops! These were places where you could grab candy and desserts. If the customer enjoyed the milkshake made by a bartender, they would shake hands. If the milkshake was not to the customer’s liking, no tip would be received. Personally, I prefer the more simple flavors, like the classic strawberry milkshake. It’s so yummy! Below you will find my favorite recipe for one. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Recipe For Strawberry Milkshake

  • Step 1- Place frozen strawberries and about ¾ cup milk in a blender and blend until strawberries are smooth.

  • Step 2- Add remaining ¼ cup milk and ice cream and blend until combined.

  • Step 3- Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry for garnish.

  • Step 4- Relax, and take a nice big sip of the delicious, holy drink that you made in just 15 minutes.
