  • You both have goals and you help each other to make it up there.

How to Calm Your Nerves Before Public Speaking?

  • Practice by yourself in front of a mirror.

  • Practice in front of a few friends.

  • Don't think about the stares you’re getting.

  • Stare at only one person in the audience while you’re speaking.

  • Visualize your success.

How Can I Stop Overthinking?

  • Think about the positive things.

  • Don’t take what others say to heart.

  • Do something to distract yourself from thinking too much (Play a game or anything that can distract you).
