Board Meetings
BOARD MEETINGS
Board Meetings are held the third Thursday of every month at 5:00 PM unless otherwise noted. All Board Meeting dates and times are subject to change.
All Board of Directors meetings are open to the public. Meetings and agendas are posted at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance and include the time and location of the meeting. Meeting minutes will be posted after they have received formal Board approval. SCH follows the Utah Open Meetings Act. Meeting minutes are also made available to the public by request. To request a written copy of board meeting minutes or an audio recording of an open meeting, please email your request to tgailey@scholarchrter.org
