Jared has also served on Scholar Academy's board for the past five years and was a member when Scholar Academy sought and obtained its first revolving loan. He serves as the Executive Director of the Tooele County Chamber of Commerce; a position he has held for the last 6 years. In this responsibility, he is charged with promoting economic development and business throughout Tooele County. He also serves as an advisory board member for Utah State University.
Cami has been involved with Scholar Academy since they opened in 2014. She currently works as Office Manager for the new Utah Stadium Club at Rice Eccles Stadium. She received her BS degree at Utah State University in Business Information Systems.
Dusty Griffith

Dustin is a Controller at Zions Bancorporation and works with executives to make strategic decisions to ensure company viability and profitability. He has a strong background in managing people and processes and overseeing projects.
Johanna has worked in education for 17 years and brings vast knowledge of the foundation necessary for student success in the high school setting.
She is also a member of the Communities That Care board serving as the Risk and Protective Factors committee chair. This committee analyzes data from the SHARP survey to make recommendations for focus areas for community youth programs.

FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT
The Governing Board oversees the financial health of the school. All budgets are reviewed regularly and approved by the Governing Board. Budgets are published on the Utah Public Finance Website.
In accordance with Utah Code Ann. Section 53G-7-309, the governing board receives a budget report each month. This budget report includes the following information: (i) the amounts of all budget appropriations; (ii) the disbursements from the appropriations as of the date of the report; and (iii) the percentage of the disbursements as of the date of the report. The current budget report is available for public review and previous reports are available by request to Mrs. Gailey.
Stakeholders of Scholar Academy may report concerns of fraud, waste, abuse, or non-compliance directly to the School's administration or board. Alternatively, stakeholders may report such concerns directly to the Utah State Board of Education through their Public Education Hotline at (801) 538-7813.
