Parent Organization

Kristalle Ford
President

Kristalle is the PTO President for the 2022-2023 school year. Born and raised in Montana, Kristalle transplanted to Tooele in 2016 with her husband, Robert, with their two kids (now 11 and 8).

Kristalle has been a Scholar parent for 6 years. By day, she is a quality supervisor at Purple. By night, she volunteers for the city with the Miss Tooele City Pageant, is a member of the public library board, and she loves to enjoy family time. In Kristalle's spare time, she adores reading, fitness and loves to watch people enjoy her cooking.

Summer Crowder
Secretary

Summer is the PTO Secretary for the 2022-2023 school year. Summer has grown up here in Tooele and is married to her husband Alex. They have 3 daughters (7th grade, 1st grade and a 1-year-old).  This is Summer’s first year as a Scholar parent and first year as PTO Secretary.

In her spare time, Summer enjoys crafts, baking, being outdoors, volunteering and spending time with her family and friends.  Professionally Summer has worked as a manager in call centers and truck industry roles.  More recently, she has taken a break to take care of her children and be more involved in their school and activities.

Molly Kynaston
Treasurer

Molly is the Treasurer for the 2023 - 2024 school year. She holds a degree in Accounting and is a full time student. She grew up in Wyoming, moved to Utah fifteen years ago, and has lived in Tooele for eight. She is married to Trever, an IT wiz, and their daughter has attended Scholar Academy for five years. Although she has assisted the PTO for the last five years, she became a PTO board member in October 2022. Outside of the PTO and other school activities, she loves everything Disney, especially Mickey Mouse, and loves purple. She values the time with her family as a Wife, Mom, and Student. She also enjoys baking, reading, finding new projects, and learning from those around her. Her goal is to make at least one person smile every day, and she firmly believes kindness is contagious.

And if you “see a need, fill a need.”
