Welcome to the CYBHI School-Linked Partnership and Capacity Grants Website!

The Sacramento and Santa Clara County Offices of Education are excited and honored to support all 58 of California's County Offices of Education (COEs) in implementing and administering the CYBHI School Linked Partnership and Capacity Grant! 

This website will host critical information to support counties in administering their grants locally, including: 

1. • Resources to support COEs in meeting grant deliverables with success, including toolkits, FAQs, and fact sheets;

   • Information about TA and Peer learning opportunities, including recordings of Communities of Practice and details about the Capacity Grant Regional Leads Program

   • Video storytelling, showing the impact of the work of this Grant program

We look forward to suppoing you all, and uplifting the voices and stories of local partners to advance the goals of the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI)— fostering stronger, more connected communities for youth and families.
