Regional Lead COEs

The CYBHI Capacity Grant Program has introduced a regional layer of support and technical assistance for County Offices of Education (COEs). Seven Regional Lead COEs will provide technical assistance and support to COEs in their region to build capacity, infrastructure, and partnerships in alignment with statewide technical assistance and support for the School-Linked Partnership and Capacity Grants. This approach will mirror the seven geographic regions used for California’s State System of Support.
