False Analogy

A false analogy is an assertion that because a similarity exists in one aspect, it must also exists in other aspects.

Example: people who have an apple a day never have to go to the doctor.

An analogy is not an argument, it is just an illustration. To make it an argument, build complete reasons and claims to back it up.
