For the 2024–2025 school year, Valley High School received an initial CCSPP allocation of $500,000. During the first year of implementation, expenditures totaled $92,799.93, with $407,200.07 rolling over into the following school year. Funding during the 2024–2025 school year focused on breaking barriers for students and families, enhancing student experiences, expanding opportunities, and supporting schoolwide engagement efforts aligned to Community Schools priorities. As there was no dedicated Community Schools Coordinator during the 2024–2025 school year, foundational systems, structures, and implementation processes were still in the early stages of development. This initial year served as an opportunity to begin identifying areas of need, reviewing existing supports, strengthening partnerships, and building a sustainable framework for future Community Schools implementation.
