The California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) supports schools in creating student centered systems that strengthen academic success, student well being, family engagement, and community partnership. Community Schools are built on the belief that students thrive when schools, families, educators, and community organizations work together to remove barriers, expand opportunities, and support the whole child. Through collaborative leadership, equitable practices, and integrated supports, Community Schools create inclusive environments where all students feel connected, valued, and prepared for lifelong success.
