• Genrefied Library collections at the Secondary Levels

• Staff and District meetings held in libraries before and after school

• Staff is available at all district libraries before, during and after school

• Comfortable reading areas in libraries districtwide

• Spaces and technology available for group collaborative learning

• Shared Google calendars on website for Secondary libraries; Google form for scheduling students in collaborative spaces with teacher support

• Library at the secondary level is used for additional classroom space upon request by teachers.

• Makerspaces are available and being used at both the Middle and High Schools.

Possible Areas for Growth

• Library spaces are used as a place where strong Librarian-student relationships are developed.  

• Library at the secondary level is used as an extension of the classroom for collaborative and skill-based group work.

• Display student work in all libraries

• Continue selective genrefication work in the elementary collections

2025-2028 Target Goal(s):

1. Continue to add digital library monitor displays in each elementary school.  Currently 3/4 schools have the displays.

2.  Monitor displays will be kept current to inform the students and staff of library/school events.
