Nicole Clayton is our school nurse at LHS.
As a school nurse, Nicole's role is to help ensure that students and our community are safe and well. If your child appears ill, or is not able to fully participate in the school day due to symptoms, we will ask that students are picked up. Nurse Nicole will also treat minor illnesses or injuries in the office, but may suggest follow up care when warranted.
Parent/guardian availability & Communication
We will need all parents to be available via phone during the school day.
Please ensure that the school has good contact information so that you may be reached during school hours.
Update emergency contact information at least once a year to be sure we have accurate information.
