ABSENCES/TARDIES MUST BE REPORTED BY 8:00 am.
Absences or known tardies may be reported through PickUp Patrol at any time before 8:00am on the day of the absence. This information goes to the office to help us account for all students, and update attendance rosters for teachers. Absences for illnesses, medical/dental appointments and bereavement are examples of excused absences.
If you know your child will be out for an extended period of time, please contact the teacher to make arrangements for reasonable work to be done during their absence.
DISMISSAL CHANGES MUST BE REPORTED as soon as possible; we will assume that your child is following their default dismissal plan unless we hear otherwise. Any changes should be entered into PickUp Patrol, prior to 1:30 pm to be sure teachers are aware of the change for the day. In the event of an emergency last minute change, you may call the office at 603-436-1708, and make the change in Pick Up Patrol.
When dismissing your student early, plan to pick up before 2:00. After 2:00, the office and classrooms are busy gearing up for dismissal and you will be asked to wait until your student’s regular dismissal time. We cannot dismiss a child from their classroom until you arrive at the school.
*Please note that routine changes (ie. every Tuesday for the next 6 weeks) can be reported once, rather than each Tuesday. In addition, changes that you are aware of ahead of time can be submitted prior to the date of the change.
