Harassment

The Portsmouth School District will not tolerate unlawful harassment of any student while in attendance in the Portsmouth Public Schools or engaged in co-curricular activities, whether the harassment is from another student, a teacher, aide or staff member, public official, member of the public or any person.  Harassment in any form on the basis of the student’s sex, race, national origin, color, religion, age, sexual orientation or disability is prohibited.  Harassment may be reported to any school administrator or the Title IX coordinator, Assistant Superintendent Patty Haynes (phaynes@sau52.org).
