Welcome our New Advanced Treble and Madrigals Class of 2025-2026
Apart from providing the academic knowledge and experiences needed for every student to pass the course, the program's personal goal is to provide all of the resources needed for all of our students per year. This includes a complimentary choir t-shirt, copies of all the music used per concert, transportation for field trips, festival/park tickets, and additional in-class resources that your student might need. For us to continuously support your student, we do several fundraisers per year to build our funds and we hope that you share information about our fundraisers with all of your family and friends to help us!
While every year the needs of our students are different, on average we can spend up to $1500 on music (copies and practice tracks), $500 on T-shirts, $750 on in-class resources, $1000 on festival/park tickets, and well over $1000 on transportation and more.
Students do their best fitting on-campus fundraisers in their daily routine but they are considered small compared to concerts. Small fundraisers can easily raise $300 for the program and can be a great way to spread awareness of choral activities on campus.
The best way for the choir program to balance the funds is by planning by predicting profits and losses according to trends made from the previous year. We tend to cut expenses on music by reusing older copies that we've collected through the years and while this works, our library can still be more diverse in music genres and artists which is why we wish to purchase new music in some way.
Restaurants such as Chipotle, Panda Express, and Papa John's can provide a portion of sales made by any choir program supporter when purchasing an item from their approved locations on specific dates. These are considered small fundraisers that can raise a few hundred dollars as well and can be a great opportunity for you and your student to come together, eat, and support our program.
The easiest way to help us is to SPREAD THE WORD! Invite your friends and family to participate in our fundraisers and even encourage them to donate during the holiday season. Any amount donated or given to the program still directly impacts the students and we are grateful for any support we are gifted to have.
As a performing arts class, we are built to entertain and provide concerts to our community. Considered as our largest form of fundraising, these opportunities are great to bring all of your family and friends to celebrate all of your kid's hard work. More audience members the better!
If you want to directly help us at any time, you are welcome to donate at the location linked below. After selecting the amount you wish to donate, please select "Choir" as your Category option so that the money is donated in the right place.
