On Wednesday September 13th the SDUSD CCTE Department hosted the Computer Science, Cyber Security and Global Information Systems teachers at UCSD for a day of insight, learning and program updates. This Professional Development was a celebration of student learning in the field of Information Communication Technology and an opportunity for teachers to learning about upcoming changes in CCTE and their pathways.

CCTE was joined by the UC Create Team for a very informative update on developments in computer Science curriculum in grades 3 - 12. The day wrapped up with a panel discussion featuring three current UCSD Computer Science students discussing their experience in a college CSC program and what they wish they knew about studying Computer Science while in High School.
