CULTURE OF COLLABORATION

One of the biggest challenges for our VAPA VT staff is the large number of schools and campus cultures we work in.  As traveling teachers, it can be challenging to develop relationships and a sense of community and belonging with the many different schools that we serve.  Any kindness and support (and smiles) you can provide in nurturing and sustaining a welcoming culture of community and collaboration between your teachers and support staff and our AEP team goes a very long way.  It is our aim to provide your school quality service for your staff and learning for your students. 

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

As a creative model, this project is in its 6th year.  One of my responsibilities is its continuous improvement.  I am continuously reflecting on our progress and performance and considering how our team can learn and grow in this work.  Our VAPA visiting teacher staff has regularly scheduled paid professional learning throughout the year.  Please support me in this work by maintaining and ongoing presence with our AEP teams.
