The North End Music & Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC) is seeking passionate, creative, and collaborative theatre professionals to join our production team for our Spring 2026 youth musical, High School Musical Jr for approximately 30 students ages 8 - 13 years old.
Stage Manager Stipend: $1,225
Program Dates:
January 4, 2026 – May 3, 2026
Fridays, 4:30p - 7:00p
Sundays, 2:00p - 6:00p
Tech week and performance weekend schedule will differ (April 27 - May 2).
Qualifications:
Experience working with students in a teaching, mentoring, or directing capacity within the performing arts.
Strong background in theatre performance, production, or education.
Excellent collaboration, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to creating an inclusive, student-centered learning environment while upholding high artistic standards.
Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility throughout the rehearsal and production process.
Training or coursework in theatre, music, dance, or education (completed or in progress) is a plus.
All applicants must successfully complete CORI and SORI background checks.
