Meeting 4: Designing the Curriculum Enhancements (Feb. 26)
Agenda:
Develop detailed plans for the top priority projects: based on the surveys, select 4 topics/projects to recommend adding to the curriculum (2 for 8th grade and 2 for 7th grade)
Outline goals, required resources, and expected outcomes for each project
Assign roles and responsibilities
Meeting 5: Implementation Planning (Mar. 26)
Agenda:
Finalize implementation plans
Set timelines and milestones for each project
Prepare a presentation or proposal for school administration to seek approval or resources
Meeting 6: Review and Feedback (Apr. 16)
Agenda:
Discuss the progress of any ongoing implementations
Solicit feedback on any trial sessions or projects that have been launched
Adjust plans based on feedback and any new ideas
