The Spartana is Homestead's magazine publication.  Due to changes in state funding laws, Indiana schools are no longer allowed to collect curricular fees.  This leaves The Spartana without a budget to print copies of the publication.  Moving forward, all new editions of The Spartana will be online both in our monthly newsletter and on Homestead's main website. 

For those who subscribed to The Spartana by paying the $8 fee at registration, we would like to use those funds toward purchasing a subscription to a digital newsletter platform.  Your $8 donation will help fund the cost for a year-long subscription.  If you would prefer a refund, please contact Homestead's Treasurer Mrs. Byall at rbyall@sacs.k12.in.us .The Spartana staff appreciates your support.
