Today I worked with my groupmate to make a slide on why we should explore space. I was curious because it was the first time in this CCA. I think I can contribute more. The instructions were easy to understand, and I feel that working in a group helped me to get to know my new CCA mates.
I presented the slides with esther and we learnt more about why we should explore space from other groups. I felt nervous at first about our slide but i think overall we did quite well. The presentations were interesting.
I typed out notes on the solar system from the presentation. The information provided included the size of the planet, distance from the sun, orbit, and structure or composition. Afterwards, there was a quiz on what we learnt today. Overall, I feel the lesson was quite fun. Taking notes was a little rushed but I managed to take down everything.
I listened to some seniors talking about some formulas but i didnt understand anything . i know it was about trigonometry probably just because someone just mentioned it. I don't think I learnt anything honestly but its not too bad since its not tested anyways.
I learnt about the history and development of rockets. For example, the first rockets, the trial and error process and the failed launches. This made me realise how far the technology has developed. The activity required us to ft a project. We researched on Venera 7. I think the lesson was interesting.

binary star systems tdy. Presentation was fast but somewhat managable. Can slow down next time. Simulator at the end was the most fun part. We learnt about the different types of peculiar binary star systems.
radio thing i dontr understanvg
we learnt about stellar properties, like radiation in stars, and stellar variability and physics of pulsation. Lesson was very fast, but interesting. we leant about
today learn about galaxies and milky way. We learnt about different types of galaxies. We also leant about blazars and quasars. A bit fast hopefully can slow down a bit. interesting.
phenomena and time. It was interesting and we learnt about tides and aurorae, and geomagnetic storms. Lesson was interesting and we played kahoot.
We learnt about accretion, like disk accretion. We learnt how accretions are formed and Roche limits. We played kahoot after.
We learnt about the solar system, how it was formed, planets, dwarf planets, the moon, galaxies near us, and asteroids, meteors. Lunar rocks like basalt, Anorthosite, and breccia. Seniors were fun and the slides was interesting, they were very interactive. we also played kahoot.
We learnt about the earth. craters, atmosphere, and volcanos. We also learnt how small changes can affect the earth drastically. The lesson was not too fast. It was very interactive and fun. The slides were very well made too. We played blooket after and downloaded universe sandbox.
We learnt about venus, mars, and the giant planets. The lesson was very fast, but I managed to take some notes. After that, we played blooket. We also had a treasure hunt with walkie talkies the clues were given in morse code.
We learnt about asteroids, meteors, and comets. We also played astro jeopardy.
There were presenations from last lesson today, on the naming of planets after greek gods and what asteroids to be prioritised. We learnt about moons and played blooket.
We used water rockets today. We made the range it flew bigger by angling it higher, and
There was a talk about the sun, solar flares, sunspots, and solar weather by someone working at NASA.
Played Universe Sandbox, and created a habitable planet. We presented our planet afterwards. Our planet had a 92.7% life chance.
To prepare for astrigue, we went through math. it was fast and hard to understand but well explained.
Astro challenge test. I left a few questions blank. We could research on the internet and discuss. I slept through most of it. please dont make it so boring
Astrigue MCQ, I got 6/25.
Astro club examination, MCQ questions. This was practice for astro challenge.
