USA Track & Field Nebraska (USATF Nebraska) is the official governing body for track & field, cross country, long distance running, and race walking in the state of Nebraska. As a member association of USA Track & Field, we support athletes of all ages and abilities—from first-time youth participants to elite competitors, coaches, and officials.
Our mission is to promote, develop, and support the sport of track & field and running across Nebraska through high-quality competition, education, and a safe, inclusive environment.
USATF Nebraska works year-round to serve the track & field and running community by:
Sanctioning and supporting youth, masters, and open competitions
Providing pathways for athlete development and advancement
Educating and certifying coaches and officials
Maintaining records and recognizing outstanding performances
Promoting Safe Sport and athlete well-being
Connecting clubs, athletes, coaches, and event organizers across the state
