ARTIST STATEMENT

My topic is humans and I used a student to be my model (Hannah Moore). I chose to do this style photo because of the similarity between the color of her nails and the flowers. The black book made the pink pop in order to captivate the viewers! The propose of this photo is to showcase the HANDS and the contrast between the pink and black. I positioned the book to hide half of her face to leave a mystery.
