Shop at Hannaford? Purchase a Hannaford gift card through the FHS PTSO and support our schools.
How it works: 1) You purchase a GC, 2) you get a GC for the full amount, 3) Hannaford donates 5% of that purcase the FHS PTSO.
Visit the PTSO website for details.
FHS classrooms have shifted to a digital hall pass system called Orange Pass. All students sign out digitally to leave class for any reason. This system is replacing our paper sign out system and helps to monitor the location of our students and the "traffic" during class periods in the hallways. We have added Faculty Hall Monitors this year as well to help maintain the safety of the halls and school building. If you have any questions about the online pass system or logistics of the building, please reach out to Principal Jen Gulko (gulkoj@rsu5.org) or Asst. Principal Charlie Mellon (mellonc@rsu5.org).

Are you interested in applying to or possibly attending the University of Maine? Come meet Admissions Counselor, Nik Ray, on Tuesday March 10 for a Junior Transcript Review! During this brief 10 minute meeting, Nik Ray will review your transcript and provide an indication as to whether you are admissible to UMaine at this time, give merit scholarship eligibility info, and provide feedback for classes to take in your senior year.
Don't wait–many of our former falcons are at UMaine today because of this opportunity! Sign up to be considered for UMaine's Transcript Review by March 3rd.
In the coming weeks, you'll see where all your peers have been accepted to in a display of college pennants on the bulletin board outside of the guidance office. Share with us all of the colleges you've been accepted to using this form and we'll hang up a pennant for each one!
