A message from the FHS Library:

 If you are looking for some great summer reading, here are some ideas:

• Booklists for teens and adults

• Check out CloudLibrary and Sora for FREE eBooks and audiobooks

  • Instructions on the FHS Library site

  • CloudLibrary (uses your Powerschool ID)

  • Sora (uses your school email)

ALL FHS students, regardless of where they live, qualify for a free library card at the Freeport Community Library and can participate in the Teen Reading Program. Your library card gives you access to books and lots more, including the movie streaming app Kanopy. Paper applications are available at the FHS library and at the community library. You can get one online here:

• Application for students 17 and under

• Application for anyone over 18

If you are taking an Advanced Placement (AP) English class next year, remember that your summer reading books are available in the FHS library.

Remember to return all of your library and ELA books before you leave for the summer! You will not be able to pick up your laptop in August until books are back. Questions about what you owe? See Ms. Cook in the library. 

Your premium New York Times subscription remains active through the summer. Stay up on the news, try new recipes, and maintain or start your Wordle streak. Go to this link and then use your school email address to set up and verify your access if you have not already done so.
