Aiming for an A is designed to help you master the skills you need to achieve the highest grades.

The aim of this book is to identify and develop the skills that are necessary to achieve a top grade in history.  The various chapters will help you develop the key skills you need to succeed, such as reading, note-taking and essay writing. 

Their development will play a key role in ensuring you achieve a high grade in your final examination.  The skills will be developed over the whole 2 years of your study.  So this book is not simply a revision guide, to be read in those last few weeks before the examination, when it will actually be too late.
