Calming Glitter Jar

Glitter jars are a useful mindfulness tool. Watching the glitter swirl to the bottom of the jar can make us feel calm.

Select a glass jar you like, fill it with half a cup of clear craft glue, 1-2 tablespoons of your choice of glitter, top it up with warm water and hot glue the lid closed. You can also add sequences to your jar if you wish.

Shake up you jar and enjoy watching the glitter swirl around and eventually settle.
