Action Steps

• The district will acknowledge and celebrate all employee's service at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years.

• Recognize and celebrate students by post card and/or phone calls at least two times each semester.

• Celebrate and recognize school growth status by displaying a banner near the entrance of each school.

• Recognize the school with the highest attendance rate each month by level with a trophy at the monthly K-12 Administrators Meeting

• Each school will develop a PBIS ticket to address soft skills and create a plan to recognize student successes.

• Each school will create a plan to recognize a staff member for the Above & Beyond Award.

• The superintendent will include student learning outcomes as part of the Superintendent's Report at each school board meeting.

• Each school will have a Rising Star celebration to recognize students who have demonstrated extraordinary improvements throughout the year.
