Of course. Feeling angry is a normal human emotion. What is important is what you do with that anger.
Everyone feels angry for different reasons.
When do you feel angry?
Start to recognize your own warning signs--Everyone experiences anger differently
What is your body doing (hands sweating, clenching fists, heart pounding)?
What does your face look like (tense, scowling)?
Calm yourself. You can try walking away, counting to 10 (or 100, or 1000), drawing, art, meditation, deep breathing. You may need to try many different things before you find what works for you.
Let people know you are angry and are trying to cool off. This way they will not bother you while you are calming down.
When you are calm, solve the problem.
Whatever you choose to do, remember that you are in charge of your actions and emotions. You decided how you feel and how you act.
Surround yourself with people who respect you, treat you fairly, and let you calm down when you are angry.
Talk to your parents and ask them for help in controlling your anger.
