  2. Mental techniques that distract your mind and redirect your thoughts

  3. Soothing techniques that comfort you.

Practicing Meditations is the process of looking inward, learning to calm the mind, and practicing being in the present. Allowing time to focus on specific topics such as gratitude, kindness and connection can help you feel more in control of our feelings and actions.
