Many students are grappling with that question. How am I affected? How will I cope with these changes? We have collectively experienced a year of many changes. As you adjust to returning to in person school and return to our normal routines, you may want to reflect how have you been affected this past year? You may have missed promotions, graduations and other milestones that affect you. Learning to take care of ourselves mentally and physically is a priority during these times. It is important we practice self care by using new things that have been helpful to us and developing new skills to help as we adjust to continued changes.
